Balafon West African Dance Ensemble, Inc. is hosting the second annual Black River African Dance Conference on May 17 and 18, 2013 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The conference will feature dance and drum masters and musicians from the West African nations of Guinea, Senegal and Mali, plus a dynamic concert performance.
