FIRST NIGHT 2010
WITH BALAFON

Pittsburgh's First Night 2010 New Year's Eve celebration featured the Balafon West African Dance Ensemble at the brand new, state-of-the art August Wilson Center for African American Culture District.

Balafon's performance was among another 150 events at 50
different venues, making this New Year's Eve the "best and
biggest celebration yet," said Kathryn Heidermann, the director
of the event.
